I recently enjoyed a game against the Necrons at my house during a Dark October Campaign get together. Since we were short handed on armies that were allowed to battle for campaign objectives, we staged a friendly game instead. The Necrons narrowly pulled off a 'Solid Victory' yet again! Fortunately I didn't have any territory up for grabs this time!
I took some pictures during the game & wanted to share images of the home made Terrain Boards we use at my house to play out campaign scenarios on. The boards are fixed as either grass or dirt, the hills, trees, ruins etc. are all removable templates. Enjoy!
If you'd like an article on how these terrain boards were made (it's really easy) just let me know. I have had them well over 10 years now and they are still holding up just fine!
